On Wednesday, 20 March, Ensemblekollektiv Berlin are performing my Clangs at this year’s MaerzMusik. It is part of their first ever concert and features alongside works by Hanna Eimermacher, Ondrej Adámek, Sergej Newski, and Samir Odeh-Tamimi.

This work seems to be taking on a life of its own: there will be another chance to hear it next month at MATA in New York played by the Talea Ensemble (18 April) and in a year’s time at ECLAT as part of a prizewinners’ concert for the Kompositionspreis der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart, which recently awarded Clangs second prize.

I hope to see some friendly faces at these concerts!
