From February to July 2014, I am a composer in residence at the Künstlerdorf Schöppingen.

During this time I will be finishing The people here go mad. They blame the wind, a piece written for Trio Catch that will be premiered at the Wittener Tage für neue Kammermusik in May 2014. At the same time, I will be starting my new large ensemble piece, Intent on Resurrection — Spring or Some Such Thing, a commission from the Festival d’Automne à Paris, which will be premiered at the Cité de la Musique, in Paris, by the Ensemble Intercontemporain. Both pieces are inspired by the poems of Irish writer Dorothy Molloy.
